Faith, Family & Breast Cancer: Julie Bennett

Julie Bennett has been married for 22 years to the love of her life. She is a mother of four really fun and inspiring kiddos. At the age of 19 she and her husband jumped into pastoral ministry and had no idea what they were doing but learned along the way. They’ve been a part of church splits, church plants, church growth and the ups and downs of marriage. They’ve learned that people are messy and beautiful at the same time, and that choosing family along the way is always worth it. In 2018 they took a huge leap of faith and left the familiar in Norman, Oklahoma and moved to Los Angeles where she ended up going through two battles of breast cancer in three years. She is now currently in remission and living their dream in Malibu, California. Her husband is pastoring Vintage Church Malibu and they are developing media content that brings people together to experience the power of family. Their docu-series, Finding Family will be released sometime in 2023 along with their first book with our publisher Harper Horizon.
