Freelance Business Writer: Jodi Truscott

After 20 years of working in the private and public sectors underwhelmed by those in authority positions being referred to as “leaders,” Jodi Truscott was determined to change the narrative about Leadership. Returning to college after a 20-year absence, Jodi earned her Master’s of Science Degree in Administration with a specialization in Organizational Leadership from the University of South Dakota. Currently, she leads numerous high-level teams and efforts for a large state government agency, while also running a successful freelance writing business. In her free time, Jodi can be found listening to the Hamilton Soundtrack, or just being “Mom” to her busy family. You can reach her at jodi@joditruscott.com
