Health Coach Stephanie Fletcher - Breast Cancer Edition

Coach Stephanie talks about her personal journey.

Stephanie (Coach Steph) has been in the health and wellness field for more than 20 years having worked in corporate wellness and started two outdoor fitness companies in two countries. Through it all, she's been passionate about helping others with their fitness goals. Several years ago, she decided to go back to school to become a holistic health and nutrition coach to learn more about wellness as a WHOLE. She now works as a Health Coach from her home in San Antonio Texas. Through a breast cancer diagnosis two years ago, Stephanie began the process of her own integrative healing journey which led her to build a practice helping other women in their own healing journeys! Coach Steph also owns a business providing products for families to make simple healthy changes through fruit and veggies in capsules and gummies! Currently, she leads a team of over 180 men and women and loves every minute getting to help people make simple and impactful changes with their health.

Though health is her passion, her world, is spending time with her husband of 20 years and her 4 amazing kiddos! Coach Steph loves to travel, find the most exotic places to eat and loves to watch her kids play all the sports!
