Kathy Crockett, PhD, is CEO of Crockett + Co. The organization provides professional development and customized corporate training globally - specializing in leadership and executive coaching. Dr. Crockett created this company after teaching Business and Leadership at Lubbock Christian University for 22 years.
She graduated from Texas A&M University and then completed graduate work at Texas Tech University. She has had formal training from the Center of Creative Leadership related to Women in Leadership and Executive Coaching. She also completed a year-long leadership coaching program with Dr. John Townsend and was a facilitator for the Franklin Covey seminar entitled Great Leaders, Great Teams, Great Results. Kathy also completed an executive certificate program in Women in Leadership through Cornell University in 2019.
Kathy has served on various boards and is currently on the board for the Pure Hope Foundation and Parkridge. She is the author of the Courageous Women of Faith series of books that have been published in 2014, 2016, and 2020.
She is married to Steve and they have two daughters.
